My greatest strength as an Art Director is not my technical prowess or skill, but my ability to invigorate other artists to see the greater potential within themselves.

I know first-hand that inspiration is drawn from our own experiences and artistic pursuits, and my true strength has been showing leaders and innovators how to harness that inspiration and execute it on the page and screen. Above all, it requires critical thinking, discipline and inner agency to achieve greatness.
